SHIPPING POLICY

Please carefully read our Shipping & Delivery policy before purchasing our products.

When purchasing our small Decor & Living items we offer free 4 - 6 weeks nationwide delivery. Please choose this selection at checkout and we will send you a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched with an estimated time frame for delivery. 

​

When purchasing our larger Home Furniture, benches or shelving products we currently have a collection only service at our South West workshop. Please choose this selection at checkout and contact us to schedule this. We'll be more than happy to help book your collection appointment.

However, if you are located in the South West of England we can arrange a local delivery service - please get in contact with us before purchase to arrange this.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please carefully read our Return & Exchange policy before enquiring about returns.

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. 

​

To return an item please email contact@renovera-interiors.com to obtain an authorisation of the refund enquiry. Please allow for at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
